1. What this is

Coach is a private application operated by one person for their own use. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered or sold to anyone, and there is no general public who can sign up for it. Access is restricted to the account holder.

2. Not medical advice

Coach analyses data from a consumer smartwatch and produces training and sleep suggestions. It is an informational tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing it says is medical advice. Consumer wearable measurements are estimates and can be wrong. Consult a qualified clinician before starting or changing any exercise programme, and if something feels wrong while exercising, stop.

3. Use at your own risk

Physical exercise carries a risk of injury. The account holder is responsible for deciding whether any suggested activity is appropriate for them on any given day, and for stopping when it is not. Suggestions are generated automatically from limited data and may be unsuitable.

4. Accuracy

The application makes no guarantee that any figure it displays is accurate, complete or current. Data may be missing, delayed or corrected after the fact by its source, and derived scores are estimates built on short histories.

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is and as-available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time without notice. There is no support commitment.

6. Your data

Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

Access is limited to the authorised account holder. Do not attempt to access the service, its data or its underlying systems without authorisation.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of this application or reliance on anything it displays.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time; the revised version replaces this page and the date above is updated.
